Bronze

hi.

now i'm so nervous.

bronze, silver, gold. which are u prefer?

for this time being, bronze is my priority.

dun laugh at me. I'm not talking about jewelery or blink blink stuffs right now.

I'm talking about swimming la!

what the heck relationship between bronze and swimming?

hahahaha. sure u still didn't get it.

on 20th january, i have life savings bronze medallion examination. *dead*

what type of questions do they ask in the examination?

no question, baby. hahaha.

but I need to do this.
  1. 50 meter individual swimming, 50 meter towing your victim using a rope. within 3 mins. OMG. I boleh buat. but I'm afraid I cannot finish it within the time limit.
  2. 50 m individual swimming, 50 m towing your victim using extended-tow technique. no time limit.
  3. 50 m individual swimming, 50 m towing your victim using chin-tow technique. no time limit.
  4. 25 m individual swimming, 25 m towing your victim using cross-chest-tow technique. no time limit. this is the most sayur-ed.
  5. baling tali 10 meter, tarik victim. within a minute. i cannot do d rope things. whenever i throw d rope, it goes for 2-3 meter only. sigh. *claps hand*
  6. individual swimming, diving to get yr victim (dummy) then swim back at your place sambil bawa mangsa tadi.
  7. 3 techniques of water release. (water release is applied when yr victim is panic, maybe time tu diorang peluk2 u kuat2, tarik2 u masuk dlm air. in order to save d victim and u jugak la, guna la water release tu.)
  8. CPR.
Sounds simple righttt??
kids, u should try do this at home. hahaha.

Noooo!!! I'm going dead this time.

Need to build up the stamina. I'm so nervous right now.
