hi.

there's no other best place in the world except my home. hihi. i've been warded for 3 days. my daily routine is; tv, sleep, eat, physiotherapy, and it repeated for 3 days. they gave me so many drugs (ubat) and it made me sleepy, tired, dizzy. i spent 3 days at hospital like a boss. nurse always remind me to take the medication regularly and they supervise my condition every 3 hours.

MRI was scary. i can't move for about 1 hour and half. the machine is too cramped. ggrrr... i wonder how fat people manage to do MRI. lol. my MRI result gave unfavourable result. I had minor slipped disc. two disc at my spine was swollen because the outer layer of the disc had little crack. the discs are located at L4 & L5 (lower waist). the disc had disrupted the nerve that connected to my feet. that's explain the foot numbness theory.

The jelly-like inner substance (known as nucleus pulposus) can be pushed out and it will put pressure on one of the very sensitive spinal nerves. Depending on where and how the nucleus pulposus is squeezed out of its casing (could be to the back, side, with a broad or a small base etc.)

i stayed 3 days at KPJ Specialist Hospital, Kajang. My doctor is orthopaedic specialist with more than 15 years experience. His name is Dr Surendra M***. i can't remember his last name. sorry. haha.

I did physiotherapy twice per day. basic treatment only. they told me to do some exercise to stretch my pinggang. doctor advise me not to do any activity which involve jumping/hoping/bouncing. jogging, rope skipping, horse riding, motorbike riding are definitely a BIG NO!

he visited me several times. tq, syg. walaupun i tidur je, u tetap tunggu i sampai tertidur kat tepi katil till masa melawat habis. ♥ u.

Melo's Wedding Reception & Sakit pinggang V

assalamualaikum & hey ya readers!

I've attended melo's reception yesterday. tasty foods, nice baju with swarovski details, nice deco, candy buffet best, yada yadda yadda... i'm her bridesmaid! i made yellow dress khas untuk event dia. my bf & sis cakap, i melebih-lebih dressing. kalah pengantin. lols. sorry takde gambar. i was too busy. jangan risau, mesti banyak gambar i kat OP diorang. nanti dah dapat, i upload. since melo's event kinda islamic (no kompang & less music) i pakaila tudung to respect her request -_-

mum cakap muka i nampak gelap gila dari jauh. dia suruh i beli face powder yang 1 shade lighter than my real skin colour or i kena pakai foundation. malas la. my skin got no problem sangat. bila i pakai foundation or bedak tebal sikit (2x sapu), orang salu (including my boyf) salah assume cakap i pakai mekap tebal. padahal tak pun. same thing bila pakai blusher & eyeshadow. sebab nampak over flawless, & doll face. ppffttt..

rasanya, makeup Kate Middleton & Kristin Steward ni je yang i minat. nampak macam tak pakai makeup. no heavy eyeshadow, barely-there blusher, no cakey foundation.

i cakap kat mom,

"okla tu mom, dari jauh nampak gelap, hitam, huduh, tapi dari dekat nampak sweet, tan, hot habis"

hahahaha.

yang tak bestnya, i yang demam, block nose, flu, sore throat, sakit pinggang. ggrrr.. i balik awal. tak tunggu pun potong kek, pukul 3 i dah balik. tak habis lagi kisah sakit pinggangnya. haha. sorry to bore you guys. i might been warded at hospital by today or tomorrow. lets use the insurance benefits! bila lagi kan? hehe. penat je bayar premium tiap-tiap bulan. bukan i bayar, mum yang bayar :p

baju melo cantik sangat. harga pun tak mahal untuk baju yang glam sebegitu dengan swarovski diamond, swarovski beads. sarat! suka sangat. dia kata dia hantar kat tailor designer. tailor die working with famous designer. baju lisa & bridesmaid lisa pun dia yang jahit. kalau tahu, awal-awal pegi buat dengan dia. tailor + beading cost like 700 je. murah kan?

rasa nak buat back up plan. if something bad happen to my baju/beading dia i xpuas hati, bolehla opt ke tempat melo cakap tu.

event melo ok, cuma i rasa ramai sangat photographer & videographer. since dia hire 2 OP & 2 OV. masing-masing berebut nak tangkap photo. dengan unknown people yang bawa kamera besar-besar lagi. so i think people, better hire sorang je kot. 1 OP & 1 OV. i memang takde bajet nak hire ramai-ramai :P

dewan dia i rasa ada problem dgn PA system & audio system. sebab apa MC cakap semua orang tak dapat dengar. padahal i makan kat meja beradap (first time uols!) sebelah je dengan rossum MC. my mum duduk betul-betul sebelah speaker pun tak dengar. MC die pulak selalu hilang-hilang, tak stay kat rossum tu. kesian pengantin.

from what i've learnt from this event, u kena pay attention dekat flow majlis. nice clothes, nice deco, is meaningless if majlis takda flow yang cantik. we try to avoid flaws & unexpected things. but, the most important thing, kite berserah, doa & redha segala yang akan terjadi di majlis kita nanti kepada Allah. we did our job, He will do the rest.

aturcara, role of each person. memang kena ada coordinator & put little attention to it. everyone have been informed on their duties. don't simply trust vendors that you're hired, unless u're hiring someone really professional. at least, if ada aturcara, menyenangkan MC, family, photog, videog, MUA, etc.

tujuan i tulis ni bukan untuk mengutuk atau menyebarkan cerita tak baik tentang siapa-siapa. just to share with you some ideas to make your wedding more attractive, memorable & less flaws.

Sakit pinggang IV

hi.

not in the mood today.

my lower back pain slowly reduced, but new problem arises.

both of my feet feel numb. sometimes, i can't feel my own feet.

started with right foot, because my back pain is more on the right body. now, both of my feet start to feel numb. i cannot do anything properly.

mum doesn't care about me. she think i look fine. sebab i still boleh drive ke sana ke mari keluar sana sini.

*takkan nak tunjuk sakit kot*

*takkan nak berehat 24 jam. tak buat apa-apa*

she said, "kalau dah teruk sangat baru jumpa specialist"

poor me. up to u, mom.

you can wait until I am bedridden.

Sakit pinggang III

hi & salam readers.

i met my doctor just now. unlike the previous check up. da la tak check apa-apa, just bagi injection & 4 biji painkiller medications sampai i mabuk high dengan drugs. gila punya doctor.

my mum asked me to go to Klinik Kita, located at Menara Dayabumi, KL. she said, the doctors are quite good, very details & superb service.

I went to see the doctor to complain about my backache. hehe. moreover, I want to do medical check as well. the doctor is a guy. not forget to mention, he is good-looking. it is very rare to see doctor with Prada & Hermes office wear right? yeah, i had found one! he is looking stylish, charismatic, confident, and good looking (again ;p). he is very particular and details in his explanation.

according to him, there is some problem with my spine. all of my answers showed slight symptoms on back spine problem. It may because of I had fell from horse a few times, and the pain accumulated for a some time. the effect is appeared in long term.

yang i ingat, tak pernah lagi i jatuh tak boleh bangun. i siap boleh bangun gela-gelak buat lawak lagi. takde lagi la kes sampai pengsan ke apa. tapi, itu semua ketentuan Allah s.w.t.

yes, i have to meet orthopaedic very soon. my appointment will be on next month at Hospital Putrajaya. my mom suggested me to refer to private hospital which have orthopaedic specialist.

this news totally broke my heart into shattered pieces.

I was speechless.

hope that nothing serious happen to me.

Semoga saya sihat sejahtera fizikal & mental dalam menanti 96 hari lagi.

Sakit pinggang & Wedding Cards

hai & salam readers.

I sakit belakang gila-gila hari ni. haih. it has been 2 weeks already. i rasa pinggang dah macam ok. sakit sikit-sikit je. i pun menggatal pergi naik Pablo Picasso (nama kuda tu la). padahal mommy dah pesan "lepas ni jangan naik kuda ke apa-apa dah"

padan la muka kau lana.

kaki melecet teruk, habis sengal satu badan sebab dah lama tak naik kuda. paling best sekali, pinggang makin tambah-tambah sakit. yang sebelum ni sakit tak baik lagi . konon ingat naik kuda, boleh terapi la sangat. cara riding pun silap, memang tak jadi terapi dah la. kalau naik cara betul, memang la jadi terapi bagus.

bersin or batuk pun boleh buat pinggang sakit. naik kereta, tekan brake ada bam pun, boleh rasa nak menjerit pinggang sakit. bejalan sakit, duduk sakit, baring pun sakit. bila belakang sakit, memang semua kerja tak dapat buat dengan baik. turun/naik tangga pun slow-slow je sebab sakit. solat pun kene slow-slow. kalau tak menggigil tahan sakit.

klinik dah pergi. macam biasa la, dia bagi injection & painkiller. isnin ni insyaAllah try jumpa ustaz pula. kenapa I sakit-sakit je sekarang ni. dah pinggang, melarat kat bahu & tangan. lepas da baik, peha & lutut pula sakit.

banyak sangat dosa kot.

plan nak pergi spa & alternatif medication yang lain juga :(

they give me extra copies kad tu. in case i tesilap tulis ke apa kan. dia sendiri tak sure berapa extra kad tu. pastu dapat free kalendar 2012 dalam 200 keping. ala kalendar panjang sekeping tu. comel je kalendar tu.

I rasa murah kad I. ala, majlis i pun biasa-biasa je. buat apa kad mahal-mahal kan?

tapi ,tiba-tiba kawan-kawan i yang pergi Bandung cakap, harga tu kat sana dah boleh dapat kad hard cover cantik. pulak dah.

then, I heard overall orang lain dengan total RM655 boleh dapat free paper bag, TQ tag, bunting, etc. hurrmm...

is that true?

i rasa tak pe lah. it depends on what we want la kan.

for me, kad-kad kahwin is highly recommended! printing dia superb! design dia tak macam kad-kad biasa. tak macam copy paste punya artwork. lebih modern, contemporary, chic, stylish. they have team yang very passion buat kerja design kad ni. kalau tak percaya tengok website dia. they also very professional!

takdelah macam sesetengah vendor tu kan, die google je gambar/amik kat devianart, ambil gambar tu letak kat kad dia. pastu cakap dia design sendiri. i jumpa ramai da kottt. pastu cas 1 kad sampai 1.50 & above. tak baik tau.

conclusion, i ♥ my card alot.

10-13 march - redang island, terengganu. weeee!

25-30 march - FEI world cup showjumping challenge, bukit kiara equestrian resort ~ Mr. E participated in this competition!! :)
