hey. i'm watching biggest loser asia rite now. can't believe some of d contestant can't even do a simple joging. pity them. its must be a very tough task to the trainer. ye la, imagine, u ternak badan u 10-30 tahun then u nak kurus within by 2-3 months with guidance from an experienced trainer. haih. u need to stay healthy, balanced diet and do exercise. slim is an additional value. obesity is a big NO!!
tadi i told my boyf,
"sayang, baju kebaya i ni i pakai 2 hari dah. malas nak tuka. xkotor lagi. lagipun semalam xmasuk ofis. xde sapa perasan."
then he said,
"U ni. apa nak jadi? jangan la malas. jangan ingat orang ofis xperasan, baju xkotor, u nk pakai baju tu banyak kali. langsung x nampak u punye good personality. nanti orang kata u ni pemalas, selekeh & pengotor."
d main problem is, SALAH KE? If i feel confident with myself, i selesa dengan diri & cara i, xla salah kan? its my opinion la. everyone has their own perception. maybe other ppl disagree with me.
OK, i have to stop blog-ing. i need to pack up my stuff n wake up early tomorrow. my family & my boyf nak berelax-relax di fraser hill for 2 days. i wish d time will be longer. wut to do. cuti kerja ni xboleh lama-lama. maklumlah, wanita bekerjaya. ye la tu. hahahaha~
